Default Codes

All codes seem to be from me putting on LED lights except for P0131, lean front 02 sensor. Could that cause a rich condition??

In all honesty, if I were you I would let a tech look at it. Its not making much sense. If it was running as rich as you say, I would think you should be getting some smoke from your exhaust or a very strong fuel smell. Does it have any warranty from the lot you bought it at? Either way I would spend the money and have it checked out. You need to get a starting point of exactly what your dealing with, and it does not sound like you have the equipment or expertise to do that.
Im not saying you couldnt do it, and kudos to you for at least trying to figure it out, but I really think at this point, you will be throwing parts at it in hopes that something works.
Also, you mentioned smoke when cracking the throttle on cold start, remember when its cold it has a fuel enrichner
( choke fore fuel injection ) so by cracking the throttle your getting more fuel with less air.

No, I agree, I only have a 30-day shop warranty with the shop i got it used from, which is why I'm trying to see what parts can be gathered to fix the current codes and then take it to Haley service tech. Less money I shell out on labor the easier this will be to pay for.

Default Current codes corrected

I realized I wrote the codes with 6 it’s actually B codes
BCM B2141 B2146, B2151, B2156.
These B codes are from the LED lights I have installed. And rapid blinker.

Does anyone know what SPDO B2272 relates to?

and as someone mentioned before, and I agree I’m going to take it to Harley for Service but before I do I wanna ask if any of you have had such low MPG but with a seemingly normal operating bike? I’m getting in the 20 mpg range , I smell gas but see no smoke. The ECM code P0131 is for the fueling O2 sensor so I can understand if the sending unit is just sending all of it at once. But can that really be the case? Just thinking out loud.

B2272 BCM/IM voltage high

Since you are still in the break in period (under 1000 miles) my 2013 Electrical Service manual says to ignore / clear the P0131 if it happens during the break in.
Since your check engine light was not on, it is likely a historical code and not currently present.

When the IGN is turned ON, the check engine lamp will
illuminate for approximately four seconds and then turn off.

After the check engine lamp turns off following
the first four second illumination period, one of three
events may occur.
a. The lamp remains off. This indicates there are no
current fault conditions or stored DTCs currently
detected by the ECM.

b. The lamp stays off for only four seconds and then
comes back on for an eight second period. This
indicates a DTC is stored, but no current DTC exists.

c. If the lamp remains on beyond the eight-second
period, a current DTC exists.

This is the new plug from the forward cylinder, 150 miles.

Was checking for grim in the body and did find some, whether this image looks clean to you or dirty is relative to the person but I went ahead and cleaned with crc and my rmps at ideal are higher overall now.

This is the NEW plug from the rear cylinder, plug has 150 miles

trying to do the images from a phone, bear with me, I have the front spark in the socket, rear in the towel and then an image of the throttle body. Iv yet to receive any codes of value to the bad mpg, in order since I last posted I got the following MPG 30, 27, 28, 27. So is this part of the break-in or should I look for a cause for a new plug, specifically rear going black and front being almost lean looking? Original plugs were both black.
