Default turn signal indicator hyperflashing

hello guys! im new to the forum, just bought my first Harley last week.
Question,I replaced the bulb in my front turn signal and rear break for my 2016 1200cc roadster, it works great but the indicator in my handle bar is hyperflasing. I bought a relay but do not know how to install it. or should i even bother to install a reley? will it break my lights?
thank in advance

Did you put in the right bulb in the rear, as in dual element for brake and running light, and welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the new addition!

If the bulbs are LEDs your bike should not need that "relay" for the LEDs to work. Your bike has the BCM wiring and if the LEDs are BCM compliant I'm pretty sure you can sync the bulbs by running the 4-way hazard with the ignition in the OFF position for about 3 minutes.

Sounds like you put the wrong bulb in. Harleys checks for problems in this system.

Make your next new post over in the New Member Area.. Just in case...

Welcome from North Beach, FL., USA!

Just in case you have not done this.

Add a Signature Line in your USER set up for your bike year, model, and all the letters that Harley recognizes it with so others see at the bottom of all your post. This enables others to know your exact model if you ever ask a question.

And an Avatar of your favorite shot in the USER set up for the small picture others will see in the top left corner of your post.

Your all set.... Enjoy the ride! ______________

The LED works, but the turn signal indicator by the handlebar is hyperflashing,
