The long piece of metal at the rear of the tank is definitely odd IMHO. Not a dumb as the dimpled handlebar idea, but a close second.

Other manufacturers have a cut out in the switch housings for the wiring to exit them.

H-D's 1" handlebar diameter is another crazy idea, it limits your choice of aftermarket switchgear, other manufacturers use 7/8" (22mm) diameter bars, most of the available switchgear fits that size of handlbar.

 

Well, walking is good excercise, it will keep you fit and healthy.

Don't drink too much coffee, the caffine in it can increase your blood pressure, dehydrate your body and affect your normal sleep pattern, everything in moderation.
