I can change a brake pad but don't know the particulars from one caliper to an other. Am I correct in thinking that calipers would specifically say only for abs or is it just the lines?
you are the second guy that noticed my driveway. Thanks. Did the retaining walls myself but the drive was shot to hell when I bought the house. 6500 all in to get it done. Thanks for complimenting. Rubber side down
yup they have for my year bike and even offer a different array of colors for powder coat. Surprisingly it is cheaper for the powder coat than the chrome. I thought it would be the other way around. Thanks for the tip. Peace.

C'mon man! At least it's S&S and not a hypercharger. 😎

To each their own. If you like it then who cares what we think, right?

If you can change the disk, I went with a 14" front on mine ('07) with Ferrodo pads. Night and day difference to the stock setup. Arlen Ness do a nice 15" kit.

I've always put braided stainless hoses and EBC HH pads on my bikes. Seems to improve the braking a nice amount.

Very cool, glad I didn’t offend with the sissy bar deal. A bit presumptuous on my part.

No matter which way you go with the brakes, lots of options and decisions. If you don’t have a power bleeder, stop by Harbor Freight and grab one.

Best $80 I’ve spent lately.

@timmyb-is-back could you post a picture of your current caliper/wheel combo ?
It doesn't have to be the whole left side, but just the front wheel & caliper....

Thanks,

T.
