Default Brake upgrade suggestions.

Hello all,
I've got a 2016 xl1200c that I added to my stable. I use it for my daily in spring, summer and fall as it beats riding my limited in traffic. I've been wondering if there is a brake upgrade that anyone has done that thinks it is a must.

I’ve had good service from this shop - https://tcbros.com/collections/sportster-brakes

Bike is clean, the blue is nice. Might need a red flag on the sissy bar or a set of Pings for the range.

Driveway sealing is on point.

IDK if its an upgrade, but EBC pads seem to make less noise than the OEM pads, and they cost roughly half what a set of HD pads cost. Ive run them in all of my bikes for years and they last a long time too.

Wilwood front caliper. I have the GP310, you can see what they make for your year.

Driveway looks fantastic too!

you should have seen it the first time the company that sealed did the job. They missed entire areas. They did while I was at work so I couldn't say hey you missed a HALF! They did come back to their credit.
As to the sissy bar i know it's over the top, but I am going to swap out the bars and mirrors and she will be done. I'm going to go with 12" Santee style apes from mofun and four points micro mirrors from arlen ness. That will tie in the lines of the sissy bar and the meathook crash bars, or at least I think it will. I've been working on it all winter and so ready for this weather to change. Well rubber side down. Peace.

thanks. I will check them out. Tcbrothers on another post was mentioned and they also have a number if different calipers. I have the same maker of calipers, that this website will not let me type but ut begins with B and ends with O, on my 2010 limited I bought new, but on my limited they are ABS. I can change a brake pad but don't know the particulars from one caliper to an other. Am I correct in thinking that calipers would specifically say only for abs or is it just the lines?
you are the second guy that noticed my driveway. Thanks. Did the retaining walls myself but the drive was shot to hell when I bought the house. 6500 all in to get it done. Thanks for complimenting. Rubber side down

thank you. I didn't know that. Looks like the choice will be made on quality and reviews of others. Right now still reading about.
