Is there a way to get to the inside of the headlight lens? Appears to be a smokey film there and want to clean/polish it off. Thanks in advance for the advice.

 

I have cleaned the inside of my headlight lense with alcohol. You will need to remove the bulb seal and reseal it after cleaning. Just swirl some isopopyl around in the lense and let it air dry. The film is from dust, dirt and condensation.
