Head Quarters is a serious tuner and there heads all come with a set of torque cones, I think they use the to extend the exhaust port work they do. They said Ineed them no matter what pipes I was using.
thanks for the help. i think the bike runs great, but it maybe able to run better than I think. There is only one way to find out. if it does make a difference than great, if not then im out a few bucks. either way im happy with how it runs.

Torque cones do in fact help to restore some low to mid torque lost on efi bikes when running drag pipes or no baffles.
I would recommend running a Vance and Hines fuelpak as well to correct the fuel map so your bike doesn't run too hot and to restore your mpg's
