Default drag bars

I have an 08 883L and I'm wanting to put a set of drag bars on it. i don't want to have to swap out the cables if I don't have to. was wondering if anybody has made this swap and what kind of problems did you run in to. The stock bars have my wrists hurting after an hour or so. I figured the staighter bars would help out with that. thanks

you have to route your cables a little differently, but you shouldn't need to replace anything.

Go ahead and order the bars and install them.

thanks for that, thinking about installing them with a 3.5" pullback riser.

No problems here... just place any excess wire under the riser cover, throttle cables are not a problem, clutch isn't either... just route it right. I started with 28" drags but found them to close for my liking. switched to 32" and they're just right.

(update)
went to a local indy shop and found a set of 4" straight risers, 28" drag bar and a couple sets of grips for 50 bucks. the install was'nt that bad just had to reroute the speedo wires a bit. they made a big differenceon my wrists. thanks for the tips.
