my buddy bought a 250 rebel for his first bike and loves.&nbsp\\; just got his M endorsement today. i told him he could ride my nightster once he got the endorsement.

judging by the grin on his face, i'm thinking he liked it.

 

That's kewl. He'll learn a lot this summer. Least he was smarter than most new riders

 

I rode a Ninja 250 for my first 800 miles and out grew it fast.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; It was probably the best idea I could of had considering my first real bike was an 04 Honda CBR 600RR.&nbsp\\;\\\\\\; I would have probably killed myself if I just started with it.&nbsp\\; The only thing I really regret about it is I bought it for my wife to get into riding and once I got my bike, she just wanted me to sell it.

 

250cc anything are selling like snocones on a hot summer day here in houston. All the motorcycle dealerships are out of any small displacement scoots here and will give you a good trade on one.
