I Was Just wondering anybody Runing SEII's slipons with Big City Baffles. I'm Looking For a better sound out of my 1200 and don't really want to swap out the pipes. Are they worth the $130.00 it cost to buy. \\;Any Replies would be appreciated.
Yeah, I got the BCTs in my SEIIs. They sound pretty decent, no measuable performance enhancement noticed without \\;\\\\\\;testing on a \\\\\\\\\\\\\\;Dyno to find it.
Are they worth $130 + shipping, aboslutely not. \\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; Would I buy them again, absoltuely not... waste of money IMHO.

[/align]On the other hand, I disagree. \\; It is true that the SEII baffles are a bit more expensive than the other bafflesthey have a bit more to them, I guess. \\; \\;  \\;I think the sound is great, and the performance increased quite a bit for me. \\; \\; \\;I picked up 5 - 7 HP, but I already had a high flow A/F. \\;  \\;With the \\; original baffles, I would level out at 70 HP at 5,000 and not climb any higher. \\; \\;I was told, by the dyno operator, as well as several other trusted wrenches that \\;that pattern was due to a restriction in exhaust flow. \\;  \\;They only ran my "after" dyno to 5,500, but it was already at 76hp and still climbing. \\; I love the sound cruising down the highway. \\; I think they actually sound better at speed.
 \\;
Are they worth the money? \\; You gotta decide for you. \\; I think they were a substantial improvement to both performance and sound on my bike, but that doesn't mean that everyone would get the same results. \\; I would buy them again!

Here's mine, in SE II's. \\; \\; The mike was picking up a little wind noise, some idea of what the sound is.

I modified my SE II baffles, \\; I removed the insulation batting and cut the inner baffle in half just \\;behind the deflector tab then bolted them back in. \\; Looks original, sounds pretty good to me and no noticable difference in performance. Cost- Free-
