I have an 1987 sportster 883 and I need to get a carb rebuild kit but I do not know a good site to order from&nbsp\\; and am not sure how to identify my bikes carb. I did not see any numbers on it but it did have the harley logo on it.&nbsp\\; The same thing goes for the gasket for the air cleaner, it is after market so I am not sure what to look for. Any help would be appreciated. I could also post pics if necessary. Thanks!

I got the 86-90 servive manual the other day and it looks to me that my carb is the 88 and up model because the float bowl is square not round and it has the accelator pump screwed into the bottom. could I have an 88and up on a 87 sportster? Is there an kind of identification number I could look for?
