Yes, the $795 includes labor. I'm not sure what parts they use for the conversion. I haven't talked to them about that. I just get their emails on their "specials". No need to ditch the carb, you'll just need to have it re-jetted to provide more fuel for the increased compression ratio, and increased engine displacement. And you'll need to start running at least 91 octane fuel (93 preferred) also due to the increased combustion ration.
And that's not to mention all the other things you would have to change if you went to EFI...WOW...well...I started to list them all, but then the list got very long very quickly.

Regardless of which kit you choose know that the counter pulley should be changed from 28 to 29T and the primary should be changed from 34 to 38T. Now you will have the gearing of a 1200 too. OR LEAVE THE GEARS ALONE AND KICK THE SH*T OUT OF THE OTHER 1200's. That's why a converted 883 will murder a factory 1200.
