Wow! Both of the bikes in the pics in your garage look awesome! I really like the look of the stretched swing-arm. It looks fast sitting there!

What kind of 2:1 is on that rigid?

Thanks. That exhaust, i made with a buddy of mine who owned a performance exhaust business. We made it out of stainless Steel and slapped a supertrapp aluminum 4"canister which is tuneable. The Bobber is a hi compression 80" with 111rwhp and only weighs 569 lbs. and is completely powder coated

this is way cool! i'm wondering why you did it?

Drag bike look and the bike does put 85HP to the ground so it's running around what a Buell puts out and when you lauch it now the front end stays down and it flat hauls *** off the line. I also limited the shock travel to 3/4" of travel so it basically is a hard tail with just enough travel not to bust you *****.

VRAT,
Did you ever do this?
I am looking to either stretch my frame, or swing arm. Already bought a extra on EBay to stretch 4 inches, and then move the mounting holes for the shocks 4 inches also, but would rather stretch frame if possible.

the big questions I have on this is do you lengthen the fender struts and move the fender? and how hard is it to find the right belt size?

Belts are not a problem to get (For a 2" stretch), but as you know. They cost a good bit more than stock. =\ Some people just switch to a chain anyways, especially when they want a wider tire. For a wider tire, you have to convert to a chain anyways.

I moved and lower the rear fender on my bike to make it match the swing arm. I will not make one of these for anyone they are a bit of a PITA just because Harley does such a crappy job welding there swing arms together, I found at least a dozen spots on the 2 arms I used that had no penetration when welded for the factory, if you know how to weld it's a good project to do but it takes time and patients to get it right.
Here's a few photos of the project
