I saw this, pricey but stealthy. I bought a Fishboy custom clamp with the dummy lights housing, but I would do this if I was doing your set up.

An option for placement of the dummy lights (Oil, Neutral, High beam, turn arrows), not indicators (turn signals):
The top triple clamp cover (HD part #68041-04) from a "C" model Sportster cut to fit the lights' bezel might work. This pic, from the Dyna forum section and not an '04 and up Sportster triple clamp, is of a unit that's not manufactured by Harley. I'm not sure who, if anybody, still makes them. Piece of angle aluminum cut, drilled and powder coated would work if the Harley cover isn't deep enough for the bezel and light housings (I'm talking about the space between the face of the top triple clamp and the back of the Harley cover):

A non-OEM replacement headlight visor off a '92 to 2005 Dyna. Note there are only four holes for the lights. Harley has a version that was on the Super Glide, but I'm not sure which years ('92 to '05 maybe). I think it was on some Sportsters, too:
from http://www.jpcycles.com/product/3100260
The J&P Catalog includes Sportsters 1992-2012 for fitment http://ipaperus.ipaperus.com/jpcycle...rley/?Page=306.

Does this mean you'll be selling your "black turn signals" If so I'm interested.

Front indicator you get a ready made up clamp to relocate to the shocks but i ve seen plenty of guys on this site with D.I.Y options ...for the rear i removed those long stems and they look much better
