Default 21" front wheel questions

I'm thinking of swapping the front wheel on my 2003 XLH 883 to a 21".

What is the most efficient/cheap way for me to find the wheel and necessary parts?

My understanding is that the 21" needs to have a narrow glide hub, and that the XL 1200 custom has a 21" wheel that would be a direct fit.
I'm thinking of getting a lightly used stock Harley wheel off ebay. I'm just wondering what else do I need: the disc that goes with the brake? bearings? etc?

I just want to do the order in as "orderly" a manner as possible to avoid going "Oh I forgot this-and this, etc."

I could get a new one too if that would be way easier.

FYI, with the skinny 21" wheel and it's 90mm tire, expect 1/3 the tire mileage that you would get from the 19" with a 100mm tire.

After going through 2 - 21" front tires in 15,000 miles, I scrapped the 21" wheel for a 19" and never looked back. The 19" with a Metz 880 goes 25,000+ miles and provides far superior handling.

EBAY is where I got mine and you don't put a 21" on for mileage you put it on for looks. I've had one on my bike for about 8 years now and never looked back.

I changed mine at 15,500. That laced chrome 21 sure looks good.

I agree with him. I have not had to replace the 21" front yet since I have only had the C a few months, but I can tell you what I know for sure since one of my bikes has the 19" and the other has the 21". The 21" looks cool all around and from the front view it looks the best, kinda old school chopper look, but does not handle near as well as the 19" the wheel will benn more easy since the tire has a lower sidewall. The 19" still looks good and handles great and will not bend as easy. I'm not going to get rid of the 21" on the C, but I'm not going to install one on the XL50 in place of the 19"
