The float/valve is stuck open or something is preventing it from closing completely. So fuel keeps flowing and fills the float bowl until it's full and then comes out the overflow tube. You could try tapping on the float bowl with a screw driver handle and see if that jars the float loose to close the valve. If not, you'll need to pull the carb and find out whats keeping the valve open, maybe time for a rebuild anyway.

Shut the gas off till it quits dripping. Start your bike and let her run till she quits with the gas off. Turn the gas back on and watch it. Draining the float bowl like this and letting a fresh quick flow of fuel flow into it, should clear what's keeping the float from working properly. Then you might want to pull the carb off and give it a good cleaning inside.
