From a performance stand point, it's junk - All Show and No Go.

I ran a Hypercharger on my bike for 3 years. It works, but, it's a cheap design and not worth the money they charge. The breather hoses don't seal properly and, eventually, the back-plate on mine cracked and I replaced the whole unit with a Ness Big Sucker.

I have one on my bike. I closed off the large "Rain" vent opening that they have on the unit to seal up the AC body, don't need this in Southern Californoia. So I can get more of the the ram air effect when I'm riding on the highway. The vacuum operated butterflies will not open fully until you have the engine wide open. Had to adjust mine to a more fully open position when the engine is at idle. Workning on the installation of a mechanical butterfly instead of the vacuum system they have now. As reported earlier it is mostly SHOW and very little go.

I bought my bike with it on, if it wasn't already on it, I wouldn't have bought it. I guess it looks OK though...
