I have the SEII (race application) and they are hard to find...I found mine on the internet from a local guy barely used. Love 'em! I also cannot get the video of mine to post, but they are fairly loud without being obnoxious. Definately sounds like a Harley should without pissing off the neighbors.

It's illegal for H-D to manufacture and sell the "old" SE II's any more, which is why I will never sell mine even if I go back to stock exhaust someday. Gotta love the EPA - NOT!!!

I got the same pipes. Absolutely love them, they're loud, but only when I want them to be. I can still go out at night and the neighbors wont call the cops on me

yes, where I live they've just brought in a sound bylaw. I suspect I may crack the 96dB limit as they are. I'll wait till I get a ticket, just wondering about options.

I saw quiet baffles out there somewhere, but they are $130, and probably suck some of the HP out of the SE-IIs.

I don't know the dB reading on SE II's with stock baffles but they are considerably quieter than the BCT baffles, but louder than the stock slip-ons that came with the bike. At the moment I am not anticipating any problems from the LEO's with the stock baffles in SE II's, but the BCT's were drawing too much attention from them. Sound laws are on the books all over the states and local towns, and the Feds (via the EPA) are getting ready to begin enforcement of the ones they've had on the books since (I believe) 2006, and maybe even issue stricter ones. If I wind up getting pulled over often with the stock SE II baffles I will have to likely go back to the stock exhaust, the original jets, and AC. "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness..." - bull*h*t!

I hope they are okay as is, I like the tone from them. Not too loud, but not quiet. I had Short Shots on before, way too loud, didn't care for the tone out of them either.

Decent power gain going to the SE-IIs as well.
