I reserve the right to be incorrect but I'd expect something similar to the published stock numbers for the bike stats for that year. The exhaust itself might give you a little more umph but without more air coming in, it isn't going to be much.

If you 'free up' both the exhaust and intake (along with a good tune) you should be running 70+ horsepower if you are talking about the 2004+ 1200C's with the new components. Slightly less with the earlier models.
I did my dyno test after the Big sucker 1 and Screaming eagle slip-on installed, it was 69.1hp. After the the re-jetted, I got 74.20hp. I changed my main jet from 180 to 185.
