Default Strange Turn Signal Behaviour

Had to ride the Sportster in the rain this morning, not noticed this issue before but it's the first time I've actually taken her out for a spin so the rain may just be a red herring but... The right hand indicator is not flashing, the light just comes on steady!? Weird...

Any ideas? Had a little search but not found anyone with a similar issue...

You probably have a bulb burned out. If all of the lights work and you are not using any LED bulbs, then you may need to replace the T/S module.

Bulbs all ok, would a 2001 have something like a turn signal module? Or just relays...?

Mine was doing the same thing not too long ago, i just recently found the problem. The wires had somehow come out of the holder inside the rear fender and had been worn down to bare wire and when they got wet or rubbed together it caused a short or something to make it do that.......good thing i decided to paint the fender

$470 for a T/S module? I bought one for a 91 sportster last summer, I think it was about $80 from the dealer if I remember right.
