Just a shot in the dark, but bad coils have a nasty habit of testing good and failing when they warm up, this can cause "bench testing" to be misleading. I can't really tell from your posts whether your problem exists on a cold motor or only after it's warmed up a bit.

 

Finally fixed my ignition problem. It was the stupidest thing....a tiny 'hair' of copper wire in the cut-out switch which earthed out the circuit when the engine was running, causing it to stall. Expensive lesson in getting my eyes tested eh? Anyway, I'm back on the road again. Thanks for all the help guys.
