Hey all I just got my intake and my question is should I wait to install it and have a tuner ready to install or should I just install it and then when I buy the tuner install it then. I should be buying something by the end of next week. Thanks

 

When ever possible I try not to do two jobs at the same time, that way you know what's wrong if it doesn't run right when your done.

 

If you're just adding the intake, or just an exhaust, no tuner needed. If you do both, intake and exhaust, you need it tuned.

 

agree that you dont have to retune- but also have to say that you will really be much happier if you do. my tuner is easy to change for any changes that i make to the air in and out of the bike- techlusion tfi is my first choice of tuners. and one of the least expensive choices too
