Good news! Tech support from Dynojet emailed me back finally. Apparently the map that is available for download on there website for my setup is not for use with the pc3 usb even though it is displayed on the pc3 usb page. WTF!
Either way the tech dudes where cool and emailed the "correct" map and a bunch of notes on decel popping and such. I loaded the map this evening and went for a quick spin and the bike seemed great. Almost no decel popping unless I ran the rpm's way up and chopped the throttle. I'm gonna check the plugs after a few more miles and make sure they look good.

I have spent two days working on the same thing. I have the power version. I did the quick tune. Added up to 10% on decell and added 2 degrees on timing on decell. I can wind it up to 60mph and chop the throttle NO Popping. It was so bad it sounded like someone firing a gun. Will start autotune later.
