Question Chopped Fender for Iron 883 ?

Hi, my friend bought a new Iron 883 and he is looking to modify it to get this look.

The main area is the chopped fender. So, how do we achieve it ?

Is there any after market chopped fender kit with the fender clamping mounts too for Iron 883 ?

Let me know, so we can buy it.

You need a sawzall and cutting wheel. The fender struts have to be cut back to the first mounting hole. You can then chop the fender to any shape you want with a cutting wheel. No extra parts needed.

The pic you show is of a fender that is cut back so far that the struts had to be cut also so as not to stick past the cut fender. But there are plenty that cut just the fender, a little less, and then you don't need to touch the fender struts.

Here's a vid with some ideas/examples.

But if you want to cut the struts along with the fender...the struts are actually easier to cut than the fender.

Look at the pics in post #77 at this link.
