Default 883 conversion update

finally getting some miles on it after the conversion it is developing into one hell of a torque monster.
My buddy traded his 1200C for a 04 fatboy after riding my bike he wished he still had his SPORTSTER.
He said that my bike 883/1200 was faster than his 1200c with stage 1 done
When I was riding the fatboy watching my buddy (on my bike) leave me in the dust the smile on my face was touching my ears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ALL SMILES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, me too. Just had the break in service done. Went out to bike night last night (perfect weather) and I finally got to let it rip. My buddy and his girlfriend were on his Vrod and we left a light at the same time. He jumped on his and I jumped on mine. I left him, but he was riding 2-up. Probably the only time it'll leave a Vrod, but hey, I'm glad I had the upgrade done. Best money I've spent on it yet.

Howwell do your 883 starters crank after the conversion? I have to hit the starter button twice before it will roll over and start. Otherwise, it hauls butt.

I have no problem at all with the starter. I hope that's something that I don't have to look forward to, though.

My 1250 conversion kit finally shipped yesterday from NRHS. You guys are making it hard to wait for it to get here.

Does the kit come with everything you need? Will you keep your cylinder heads? My buddy is going to do the same end of this riding season.
