Default hand control module

Hey, my battery keeps dying, I jump start but once disconnect jumpstarter it turns off...
I read right hand control module might be draining it. Main fuse looks okay.

can't find anywhere handlebar control for it or whatever it's called as parts.
can anyone link it to me please?

How old is the battery? Have you had it load tested?
What makes you think the hand control is draining it?

The one that came with motorcycle was definitely few years of age, it died and I went and bought new one. Motorcycle worked 1 day and next day battery still was drained..

For now it's like it can't hold a charge

1- get the battery load tested
2- start troubleshooting the charging system (stator, voltage regulator, etc.)

You posted in the wrong forum. Your bike is a Sportster S, not the old, now discontinued XL Sportster. Now, it's in the correct place.

If the H-D marketing department wasn't so intellectually lazy, we would not have this problem. Using the same product names for completely different platforms is D.U.M.B.

Apologies for wrong location.

I Could load test battery, but what is the chance of 2 battery being bad and not something draining battery.

I saw a lot of comments saying it was right handlebar for 22 nightster...

But can't find the one to buy

I'd try a software update if available, then find the Technical Bulletin about the faulty hand control module, then take it and the bike to the dealer. If it's defective, there should be some kind of recall procedure to repair it as it is a factory defect.

One dealership said they'd update for free.

I am charging now the battery at home so I can go tomorrow and have it updated
Wonder if it's gonna help

Good luck! Sounds like a wise idea.
