I have a 2011 FXDF with forward controls. Peg mounts, brake arm, shifter arm have all been PC'ed in gloss black. Normal wear on the rubbers, paint finish on the inner and outer primary is excellent. Scrape on the bottom of outer primary from cornering to aggressively.

Still looking to swap? I have a street bob with stock mids... We'd have to swap outer primaries as well right?

 

I don't think you would have to swap the outer primary cover. You change the shifter shaft and plug the hole and shift linkage goes up and behind the primary then down again. Shaft is changed to shorter one I believe that does not come through the primary for forward controls.
