Very difficult on a Lowrider.....gotta make sure the boys are tucked in correctly before you take off. 
Unless of course your female passinger will help you out along the way.......

Personally nawww I just give the gonads a good cratch down whilerolling on. Had the girl friend that would ride some times with me. She didnt mind helping a friend out when in need. Not at all...just lean back against your backrest, reach in with your left hand and dig at em. Ya might get some looks, but man...when it comes to comfort ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
