the project is an Air Force requirement.&nbsp\\; When the MCSB becomes operational the MA function must be up and running.&nbsp\\; The processes for CM, Metrics, Software Audits, and Software Installation must be solidified and functional.&nbsp\\; With this in mind, higher headquarters selected the project.&nbsp\\; It is not a pet project but a required Air Force function
