I have not attended any of your events as I just discovered this section of the forum
My wife and I live in Palatka. We are from Florida originally, my wife from Ft Myers and I from cocoa beach.
we moved to Palatka when I retired from the army
my wife and I both ride road glides. If you will have us, we would like to come to your Talley this November

You will have a long ride to get there! You are certainly welcome to join us...one day or all days.

The following can be found in post #1: We will have group rides Thursday, Friday and Saturday...If you live locally, and are not staying at the hotel, come and see us but remember most groups will leave each morning about 9am, so don't be disappointed if nobody is hanging out at the hotel during the daytime.

I'm Lauren. Not sure how but I now organize this rally. I've been going for 7 years and it's awesome, my favorite few days of the year. Lots of laughs, riding, and general shenanigans.

Obviously since you live in Palatka you probably won't want to stay at the hotel, but if you do then that's great and if you don't then just ride over around 8am from Thursday and find the bikes and you will then find the owners shining up something or other then setting off for a ride around 9 or find us eating breakfast first. Also, as a local you might have some cool ride ideas for us. We all usually have dinner at Beef O Bradys so that's where you'll find us every evening before returning to the parking lot and hanging out there till it rains, it gets too cold or some start falling over usually a little worse for wear (not me of course!). Saturday night we have a raffle and 50/50. We normally have about 50 attendees by Friday.

I have made reservations for Mike and Jason, and possibly Derek. We will be arriving on Thursday the 7th and leaving on Sunday the 10th. Looking forward to seeing all again. I am back working a full time job again so a Fl. Crew break is badly needed.

We are looking forward to meeting everyone. Since we live near here,we have a small cabin on the river, we will not be staying at the hotel but will meet you at the hotel in the mornings. Will be glad to share local knowledge of places, restaurants, points of interest etc..
