Booked. One room, one person Wednesday to Sunday.

 

Well the count is getting a little better. It is not too late to book a room a join us.

Just in case you did not read my other post, as Lauren noted, the Saturday night dinner is cancelled. However, I will be grilling outside Burgers and Dogs on Thursday evening, Hlaf Chickens on Friday and some nice Steaks on Saturday. Youa'l will be asked to chip in cash just to cover expensives. There will be salad/sides also.

Everything will be played by ear, but we can still have a 50/50 that will suplement the coffers for next year and let someone go home a little flusher. There may be a few give-a-ways also.

And again, this is a BYOB event, so plan ahead.

And one more thing. GAS UP before you arrive and after rides. It is not convienent for the groups to stop for gas on the ride out in the morning.

 

I have a room booked for Friday (check in) leaving Sunday morning for Lori and I.

Maybe Friday night... He lives in Middleburg, so not really necessary. He'll stay with me if he does though.
