Need a good indy shop for tires in Pinellas County

Default Need a good indy shop for tires in Pinellas County

Can anyone recommend a good indy shop in Pinellas County? It's getting very close to new tire time and I plan to buy them online and have them installed locally. I am going to price check the dealer, but I know what the end result will be.

I stopped by Manor Cycle today. I'm taking the bike in Saturday morning for the 15k oil change and to get a price on tires. They seem like a bunch of nice folks. We talked for a while, they seem like what I'd call old school "mechanics" and they probably know these bikes inside and out. If the oil change goes well, I'll have them do the tires pretty soon.

Paid $298.00 total for OEM style Dunlops with wide white walls delivered to my door here in Sebring. Ordered on a Wednesday and they arrived on Friday! Whoa! Revzilla rocks !

Rode up to Iron Eagle cycles just south of Lake Wales a couple miles on HWY 27. They mounted, dyna beed balanced, new strips for my spoke rims, new tubes. $180.00 total.

So though its not near you, thought I let you know since I just did this last month.

Check out my new white walls on the deep blue pearl. My bikes a stud!

Did you see the Dunlop rebate at RZ? I posted the link in the general forum. It was $40 on 2 American Elites. Blake is going to call me with a tire price on Monday. Once I get their price, I'l decide where to get them. RZ was $356 for the tires.

He did my oil change this morning. Even with synthetic all around, it was cheaper than Bert's would have been. I sat around and chatted with a few of the guys while it was done. They were all in awe of all the tehno gadgets on my bike...lol

I bought my tires from Revzilla back in February, did not notice the rebate then. And bummer if there was.

However the shipping time was freaking fast.
