I bought a cheap go pro knock off, ran switched power to it, set it to 5 min loop recording. It comes in when the bike is turned on, records 5 min, saves, records, saves, etc. When the storage is full it erases the oldest recording. I mounted it to my mirror post and it just runs. The only time I pull the video off is if something happens. Luckily that hasn’t been an accident but I was able to get the video from an eagle swooping directly across my path.

Main thing is of course, that you are happy and it works well. CONGRATs for a GOOD bike add-on.

 

I'm definitely not rich, but I've been hit twice by morons and the camera was cheaper than my insurance deductible.
