The above seems reasonable but is it being enforced in that state?
So if somebody is blocking the left lane and holding traffic back then it would seem like it would already be a ticket offense in that state.
A uniformed officer/ trooper would pull vehicle over and write the ticket.
Is ticketing by a uniformed officer/ trooper currently happening in that state? how often? if not why?
Is it really a problem?.....
A great many of our laws amount to nothing more than redundant redundancy. But then if state legislators didn't keep writing new laws to justify their existence we wouldn't really need them would we?

What I noticed the most driving I75 in Florida is the people driving 85-95 mph passing on the right to get around the people doing 71mph in the left lane. They will take the far right lane to pass , then come up on someone doing 60 and have to weave back left. That’s why traffic often comes to a complete standstill, because some jackwad *** packed someone in the right or center lane 🤬.

NEW billing being looked at. HERE. Interesting. Left is mainly for PASSING not putt putt putting around in.
We`ve had that in Oklahoma for years, but I have never seen it enforced...

More often than not I find the right hand slow lane to be less congested than the middle and passing lanes. But y'all do realize that the left lane isn't for going 85/90 mph, right. I mean the maximum posted limit is still 70 mph no matter what lane your in.

We have very few 2 lane on!y in each side so that’s usually not an issue. Except for Asians in mini vans that go at orless than the speed limit in the HOV lanes. I know not everyone agrees…but the expectation is 75 to 80…and I’ve never seen anyone pulled over for it.
