I'm a bit reluctant to post these things because pretty much everything held at dealerships these days are lukewarm and boring but here it goes so let's hope for the best.
1. This indoor concept is a pretty good idea what with the Florida heat and rain issues but it's a relatively new dealership in Wesley Chapel so we'll see how much effort they put forth in getting people in the door.
2. Born To Ride Great American Biker Bash! I've been to a few of these in past years and they've been pretty good. However, this is the first time it's being held at Tampa Bay HD, formerly HD of Brandon, and they aren't really known for their ability to present exciting and dynamic bike nights or events in general. Hopefully B.T.R. can generate enough energy to make it a success.
I wasn't aware they had changed their name, but it's still the Ferman group so I wouldn't hold my breath......
It still is. Don't know all the particulars but that sale deal suddenly went south faster than the Hindenburg and they sooo wanted to dump all the locations.
Well I wasn't disappointed. It was pretty much what I expected. On a scale of 1-10 the fun factor at the "swap meet" Saturday was a solid negative 2. Of the seven or so vendors just about all seemed to be hawking dealer take- offs except for one table that was little toys and some doll stuff. WTF do I torture myself?
Is that the dealership with the donkey outside? I only go there when I don't want to wait for shipping something like intake seals. actually, I think I bought a pair of isolators, there. it's a long trip from lakeland.

Not sure. I know they have a steer with horns I could make some fine powder horns out of! Oh, and a big wooden Indian Chief out front. Can't figure the reason for that.

same one. They have both animals. I believe the same company owns the dirt bike shop across the road.

Ferman Automotive owns the Brandon (now Tampa Bay) store, along with Wesley Chapel, New Port Richey, and Panama City. The metric shop, Powersports, in Brandon is owned by the family that owns Rockstar HD in Ft Myers.

The Veracka family group owns Crapstar in Fort Myers. They own more HD dealers than anyone in the U.S.
