Yes, rain or shine. December is a rough month though. People are spending their money on Christmas and Dec. has always been my worst month for selling and vendor turnout. The first Sunday in January however has always been my best month for sales and for buying because most vendors seem to be more open to offers to recoup their holiday spending.
