My dad and his brothers all owned HD. Guess it was just gonna be the same for me. None of them were "Outlaw Bikers." Construction workers. Come to think of it, I ended up doing that too. WTF.

As a teenager in the 70s, I thought the badasses in those drive-in biker movies were the sh#t. Then along came Easyriders magazine and it reinforced my idea of a real tough guy. Then I grew up and figured out the difference between sh#t and shinola. I've owned jap, British, and Harley and I've settled on Harley because they feel like a motorcycle should and I don't need new tools or a technical degree to keep it running.
