Default silent skulls

I just joined the Harley Owners family and try to learn as much as possible on the usages and customs. I recently found the Silent Skulls web site and was wondering if this is an hoax to try to get some cash from naive people or there are actually members of this non-club.

Any Silent Skull here ?

Just curious ...

well , if you want to blow money just for a patch , SS will get the job done. I don't think they are recognized by any confederation though , so seeings how they use MC as part of their patch, look for trouble.

you might be better off looking at HOG or BROS club
if you are looking for a real club , just ask around your area about established clubs

Default So, from the other thread, what exactly is a biker?

Is it a fat guy in tattoos and long hair? Or a bald guy with a goatee?

If you have a corporate/professional career, or make a lot of money you're a sellout and not a biker?

I always thought it was someone who loved riding.

???

I agree with Rick---as long as you don't have a little pink flower on your basket--you are a biker.

Biker is easier to say than "motorcyclist". What's another option anyway.

No one is a biker anymore. "BIKER" has become to mainstream....commercial...fadish. We are folks that own bikes and some do the things that BIKERS used to do
