I am not trying to stir up a heated debate over the helmet law here in GA. I know what it is and what seems to be a loop hole about some list of approved helmets that has never been written. Hey to each his own, I like to keep the grey stuff inside the white stuff if you know what I mean. That being said I was cruising around St. Marys Ga this afternoon and passed a few guys not wearing a helmet. They weren't riding together one was on a rice burner with his girl on the back and the other was a few more miles up the road on some type of honda wanna be a real bike. Like I said all fine and well not my business, my insurance isn't paying for it but I am sure my tax dollars will if they try to put humpty dumpty back together esp when obama care goes into full effect. Is there something going on that I don't know about? I have never seen anyone down here in south Ga going domeless.
