Default Unknown Connector

I was looking at the Air Cleaner on my 2007 SG and behind it is a electrical connector hanging there with a cap on it.
What is it for???

I dont think it should just be danglein?. On my eg it "peg-n-hole" connects to the back of air cleaner backing.

i found the same thing when i installed the screamin eagle ac. took me a bit to find it in the manual, but it is for the active air intake that is found on the international models. in the stock airbox, there is a 'tit' that it hooks to, but the se doesn't have that. so mine dangles also, doesn't hurt anything.
