Just wondering what they go for extended warranties? I will probably start another post or use the search.
Pricing is negotiable. You used to be able to buy anywhere in the country and HD stopped it...now you can only purchase in-state. I'm sure there's enough competition in FL. I paid $1,500 for the 5 year plan (including tire/wheel coverage) which covers 3 years after warranty. The benefit of having it during warranty is that the tire wheel coverage and towing benefit are in place in case you need them.

BTW, I purchased mine from Kutter in Wisconsin. Since they cannot sell out of state, they have a competitive product that you may want to check out to compare. Jim Palmer is good to work with.

OP, there is a problem with the 14+ Rushmores with the auto-dimming feature. The problem results in the same symptom you're seeing. It could be your issue. If you leave the bike on for 10 or 15 minutes, the screen should come back (if it's the auto-dimming problem). At least, that's the way mine worked.

The 1.18.3 update is supposed to cure this problem. If it's an auto-dimming issue, you should be good-to-go after the update.

Turn the bike on Accessory (without headlight) for 10/15 minutes and see if the screen shows up again. If it does, do the update.

Go to this site: http://www.harley-davidson.com/conte...downloads.html

All the instructions are there on how to update your bike, as well as the software download.

Don't hold your breath, cause the updates only come out about once every 6 months or so. Not as often as we would like... (cause we want to get all the bugs fixed)

Thanks for all the replies guys. I disconnected the battery overnight and reconnected it. Turned the ignition on and the Navigation screen works again. I will check it again tomorrow. If its blank I will bring it in to get looked at.
