I got Goodrich cables from an online store that will put together a kit for your bike and bars. It was spendy, $330(?) for clutch and brake lines, and if Id known they were just throwing some jic banjo fittings in a box with double ended jic lines, Id have measured and bought my own and saved some money. But I got them now, and they're black lines with black fittings, so they're being put on as we speak while its in for the clutch recall.
Your stock lines will reach if you reroute them, which can be done by removing the levers and half clamps from each master cylinder and passing them through the frame parts to free up some length.

I re routed mine for my 14" KST's and the clutch is fine, the brake, however, is kinda tight. I've heard KST bars are like +2 on other brands so maybe that's why, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how you got 16's to work with that brake line. Damn! I even notched my fairing to get that sucker to my 14's. Lol
