Has anybody had trouble snapping the signal lense back on after installation of the dynamic rings?I had to file down the perimeter of the LED ckt board so it would fit in the lens, then the lens would snap in to position.

I did have a problem snapping one of my lenses in, and do the lenses just float/flop around in the housing? I didn't like that too much but not much I can do I guess. (2012 SG)
Got 'em on my Vivid Black '14 Limited with HD smoked lenses. They look great and also do a great job of getting attention from on-coming traffic. Have had several positive comments (and requests of "where'd ya get those lights?").

I wouldn't have done that. I had a little trouble at first but noticed that the tabs on the lenses do touch the outside edge of the light boards, when centered they press the board firmly against the rubber ring inside the bullet.Keeping it flat or parallel to the outside face of lens. The instructions I had that came with em said something about some models may need to trim that rubber ring. I did not want to trim and maybe mess up the rubber ring, So when you twist the wires to coil in behind the lens make sure the board isn't down below the ring of off center to one side, It is a bit tricky, You can hold it in position, But as soon as you let go to pop in lens it drops. So what I ended up doing was put 3 little drops of Krazy glue on the back of board away from any circuit and held it in position a few seconds, Made it easy, you do need to push the lens in firmly and evenly from the center with your thumb. What you did by letting the board fit inside the tabs will allow it to flop down or up or sideways eventually. Oh and then I also used some clear RTV silicone around the inside edge of the bullet to keep water out and my lens visors from spinning/turning from vibration.
You can see how LED's are perfectly centered.
