Great people to deal with! Recently ordered a windshield from them and when it was delivered it had a significant cut/scratch in it. It appeared that the scratch came from someone using an exacto knife or box cutter to open the box at customs. Spoke to LRS and without any hesitation they agreed to send a replacement shield at no cost to me. This is my second shield from them and you could not ask for any better response than this.

 

No issues when I ordered Monday.

 

Mine shipped and should be here today, once I get it installed I'll take it for a ride and report back on what I think of it.

 

I tried to order from them as well. Unfortunately, they have nothing for current model Road Glides.
