CVO muffler question?
He did a dyno tune using Direct Link Delphi. All I got was a USB stick.

If you get a decel pop, it's a tuning issue. Only other thing could be an intake or exhaust leak, that is causing a tuning issue. Almost every time I've exhausted every option with a customer, it ended up being an intake leak causing the issues.
There are limits on what baffles to use for different setups. The 3" baffles and SB1 are only for use with cat equipped headers. They are not for use with open head pipes. All other sizes should have no tuning issues. The 2.50" can be difficult to tune with open headers but it's definitely possible, sometimes requires a dyno tune instead of just a map. All other baffles sizes should be easily tunable. If you don't have engine work done, the downloadable maps work great. CVO models almost always require dyno tuning. Please let me know if I can answer any specific questions.

I have a friend that is wanting to do this upgrade and I started a new thread about this before I saw this one. Questions: How loud and what kind of sound compared to Rush, Rinehart, Vance and Hines, etc. with 1 3/4, 2, etc. He is wanting a bit more sound, but not offensive, and some deep rumble. Will these inserts do the job and what would be the best size. He had Freedom Performance on his 2014 Limited and liked them.

Don't be so hard on your tuner. If you are still running the stock head pipe the problem comes with free flowing mufflers. They suck air back up the left side which can be a nightmare to get rid of. Short of changing either the mufflers or head pipes you can install one of these in the left pipe to help. Any bike will run so much better with a good tune.

And, Has anybody tried Zipper's Dual Exhaust Pop Stopper?? This has been around for a long time but this is the first I've heard of it. With so many posts about decel popping, I'm surprised this has not been a suggested fix unless it does not work? But still no posts about it not working either?
I was going to order one, but I figured I'd ask first.

Pretty inexpensive to try the Zippers plug or just use the right size frost plug
When tuning I will block the left muffler completely below 15% throttle to get an accurate sample. This exhaust works well

Correct, the air intake and filter gaskets. The easiest way to check is to hold something that creates smoke around the area.
