Now it's very soft off the bottom almost needing to feather the clutch to get going at stop lights! Almost time to put the bike up for the winter anyway.

Maybe next spring the thought of wasting all this money will have worn off and I can start with someone new. Not easy to find someone that has experience wth dyno tunes up in my area.
What Brand Tuner are you using now?

I cant for the life of me see why anyone would spend the bucks for a dyno tune on a stage one?
You could of simply bought a Dyno-jet tuner from Fuel Moto for way less than what you have wasted into dyon tunes and been happy as a bug in a rug.

Not sure on your year model but on my decatted stock head pipes the CVO mufflers are actually quieter than the stock mufflers. It is a dealer sound with the extra chamber volume but lower volume. I happen to like the way it sounds now and it is quiet going down the highway at 75mph. I noticed no change in performance swapping out the mufflers.

i think the se mufflers are a tad quieter because they were designed for a bigger engine. but with the fullsac baffle change, they sound great. you can get the baffles from 1.75 to 2.5 inch. the best performer is supposed to be the 2.0 inch.

I've been looking at the baffles. I think I would get them mainly to change the appearance from the back. Looks kind of funny having the small diameter pipe sticking out of the 4" end cap.

the fullsac baffles are the same way. you get used to the looks, and if you look at a lot of other pipes, they are the same way too.

Well that answered my question...that was the only reason I didn't click buy on the website was because I didn't see a rear view of them. If that's the case I will leave them alone.

Anyone who is upgrading to Fullsac CVO baffles.

Do yourself a favor and order a set of Fullsac CVO Baffle screens!!!!!

Makes your live easy, and it won't look like you have tampon treads coming out of your tailpipes.

you end up with a great looking, great sounding, inexpensive, well performing set of mufflers.

i went this route on the wife's bike. she wasn't sure what she wanted, so to get something for the 'short term' we put a set on her bike. that was over 2 years ago, and she isn't looking.
I wonder how they compare to the OE 2007 mufflers?
