Hacienda was owned by Hatch- who have a large group of auto and m/c shops in the southwest
the new shop is owned by the go-daddy guy.
neither of these is/was the kind of shop where you'll see the same staff 2 trips in a row.
some choose not to support his business model, some do.
there are a number of rental agencies, call around for rates and coverages.
both scottsdale harley and az h-D are about the same distance from the town of cave creek

Agree on the Hacienda comment, not the SDL HD. Not the same model or ethics, fantastic folks at SDL HD and top notch service. Bob Parsons (owner) gives a ****....much unlike the **** poor service Hacienda had.
I just came back from Tombstone. It was for the annual Hellderado weekend. We stayed at the Lookout Hotel, it has a very nice gas operated fire pit that you can sit around and drink several cold ones. Be sure to ride out and visit Bisbee its about 20 miles of a great ride. Bisbee has a brewery with their IPA's. Oh one more thing, if you choose to see a reenactment of a good o'shoot out, be careful of them blanks, they may fire real rounds.
If you're going to be here in January then Coronado Trail is not a good option as it is at elevation. You may freeze your nards off on Route 66 as well. Best sticking to the southern area.
Chesters hd now desert wind is where all the folks that visit me have rented from. Pretty reasonable prices for an rk - I think $129/day unlimited miles. Never an issue.
