Default DIY Bag Speakers

Was at a dealer today and looked at this speaker setup on a used bike. I meant to ask somebody about it but forgot before I left.

Is this a kit of some kind or a pure DIY project? Ether way somebody spent some time!

I'm no expert in the audio world on these bikes but I would definitely say that is an aftermarket hack job and definitely not a factory item, think they went a little over kill on the speakers. I wouldn't mind adding the factory speaker lid bags to my 14 sgs, but don't even want to look up the pricing for them, and definitely not gonna cut holes in the oem bags for speakers

The lids look like Mutazu speaker lids (aftermarket) but those on the front face is a hack job

I would think at any speed you would not be able to hear them. I would think the air would almost stop any movement. I want to add the speaker lids to my bike. I know even with them at highway speed you cant hear them. But on the back roads they would be nice.

That's a hack job with some really cheap fosgates and crappy wiring.
