Battery agm 3yr warranty 442cca $103.88 great for hot areas w-shorter battery life

Just thought this Maint Free Factory Activated AGM battery with a stout 444CCA that has a full 3yr warranty for only $103.88 to your door could be a great option for guys living in hotter areas like AZ/CA causing batteries to fail prematurely in 1.5yr's - 2yrs - 2.5yrs or so.
Thats because bikes in those higher heat riding cond often have a shorter battery srv'c life of 2-2.5 yrs due to excessive heat and more use because bikes are rideden yr round there too so this AGM manint free 442CCA battery with 3yr warranty would have them covered up to 3 full yrs which is great & could save them considerable money.
Compair that to most batteries only having a 1 yr warranty or if your lucky 2 yrs,but only a few much more expensive batteries have a 3yr warranty so with that in mind this battery seem's to be a very good deal esp when covered for 3 full yrs.
I figure what's anyone got to loose if they decide to try this battery out because its covered for 3 full yrs .
All you have to do if it quits at 3yrs or less is have it load tested locally and present that information to the online seller as proof it failed the load test before 3yr warranty expired and you get a new replacement battery.
After you present the failed battery test rpt (send as a file online to the seller) they ship a new battery right out to you no questions asked.
But you have to get the failed battery recycled @ local autoparts store.

FITMENT: I checked HD's website and it shows that same battery 1997-2016 Touring bikes as being an ETX30L type pt# battery so this battery will fit all touring bikes thru 2016 and trikes from 09 & up too.

I contacted seller about warranty and here's what they had to say.
Thank you for the email. The three year warranty will replace the battery if it becomes defective. We will not cover cosmetic damage or if you drop and damage the battery. If you need to get a replacement battery within the 3 year warranty period the warranty will not restart with the replacement battery . It begins on the day you receive the initial battery and ends 3 years later.
We would ask you to take the battery to a local auto parts store. They can perform a voltage test. We would need an image of that test being performed and showing the battery is bad. Once we review the image, we can ship a replacement battery. You would then need to properly dispose of the defective one.
We personally handle all returns and warrantied items.

Thats because HD iin fact uses the same ETX30L type pt# battery well past 2009 in their touring bikes.

THIS IS A DIFF BATTERY THEN THAT ONE AND IN CASE YOUR NOT AWARE NOT ALL BATTERIES FROM CHINA ARE JUNK.
Once again you guys are totally missing the point here,i directed this at the guys that live in hot areas that often post short battery life issues of less then 3 yrs and thought what would they have to loose trying this battery with 3 yr warranty that the seller/battery vender told me 1st hand takes care of warranty issues ASAP.
So if someone was to try it out they would have nothing to loose to see if it lives up to its advertised better resistance to heat & vibration both of which are what kills batteries early in hot cond.
If the battery makes it past the 3 yr warranty in a hot area all is good and if it fails before 3 rys (like the other batteries they have tried that failed past their 1yr warranty eating the price for another new battery) with this battery they are still ahead of the game by a long shot because they will replace it no questions asked only requiring you email them the print out /results from a std load test done at local autoparts store as proof of the battery failure saving them money.
Thats it.
