My question is what should I look at first?
I have a JW Speaker 7" LED Headinght and the high beam stopped working. Is there a fuse or something for hi-beam only?
The 2 side LED lights that are for low and hi-beam still work on low-beam as well as the center LED for low beam but nothing works on high beam now?
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

remove the headlamp and check the power connections- the high beam and low beam have the same power source ( fuse) differing only at the hi/lo switch where you select to send power to hi or lo.

black is ground

yellow is low beam

white is high beam

often when using a meter- it will read voltage- but the current supply isn;t enough to do anything- for trouble shooting like this a $8 trouble light can be better as it applies a load to the circuit
